Original recipe yields 4 servings
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken thigh s, cut into bite-size pieces
1 cup fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
2 Tbsp. HEINZ Ketchup Blended with Sriracha Flavor
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. seasoned rice vinegar
4 tsp. lite soy sauce
2 tsp. LEA & PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp. chili-garlic sauce
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. dry sherry
4 dried Thai red chile s
2 Tbsp. minced gingerroot
1 tsp. orange zest
2 green onions, diagonally sliced
1/4 cup chopped PLANTERS COCKTAIL Peanuts, toasted

Mix cornstarch and pepper. Coat chicken with cornstarch mixture; set aside. Combine broth, ketchup, sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce and chili-garlic sauce in medium bowl.

Heat dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken and garlic; cook 3 to 4 min. or until chicken is no longer pink. Add sherry, dried chiles, ginger and zest; cook 1 min.

Stir in broth mixture; cook 6 to 8 min. or until mixture becomes slightly sticky and thickened and chicken is done, stirring occasionally. Serve topped with onions and nuts.

How to Toast Nuts
Toasting nuts adds crunch and intensifies their flavor. To toast nuts in the oven, spread nuts in single layer in shallow baking pan. Bake at 350°F for 8 to 10 min. or until golden brown, stirring occasionally. To toast nuts on the stovetop, place nuts in ungreased skillet. Cook on medium heat until golden brown, stirring frequently. To toast nuts in the microwave, place up to 1 cup of nuts in a microwaveable shallow dish. Microwave on HIGH until fragrant and crisp, stirring every 30 sec.
