Original recipe yields 9 servings
1 lb. orecchiette pasta, uncooked
3 Tbsp. butter, divided
1 onion, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/3 cup flour
1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves
1/4 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)
3-1/2 cups milk
1 lb. lobster tail s (2 or 3 tails), cooked, meat chopped
1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Triple Cheddar Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Swiss Cheese
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives

Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.

Meanwhile, melt 2 Tbsp. butter in large saucepan on medium heat. Add onions, celery and garlic; cook 4 to 5 min. or until onions are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in flour, thyme and pepper; mix well. Cook 2 min. or until hot and bubbly, stirring constantly. Gradually stir in milk. Bring to boil on medium heat, stirring constantly; cook and stir on medium-low heat 2 to 3 min. or until slightly thickened.

Drain pasta. Add to vegetable mixture in saucepan along with the lobster, cheeses and remaining butter; mix lightly. Cook on medium-low heat 3 to 4 min. or until heated through, stirring constantly. Sprinkle with chives.

Serve with your favorite steamed vegetable and a mixed green salad to balance out the meal.

How to Bake in Oven with Crumb Topping
Heat oven to 375°F. Omit chives. Prepare as directed. Spoon mixture into shallow 2-qt. casserole sprayed with cooking spray. Toss 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs with additional 1 Tbsp. melted butter; sprinkle over mixture in casserole. Bake 25 to 30 min or until bubbly.
