What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 cup chopped onion s
3/4 lb. uncooked deveined peeled large shrimp
1/4 cup KRAFT Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 tsp. garam masala
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/4 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)
1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice

Let's Make It
Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add onions; cook and stir 2 min. or until crisp-tender. Stir in shrimp; cook 2 min., stirring occasionally.
Add remaining ingredients except lemon juice; cook 3 min. or until shrimp turn pink.
Drizzle with lemon juice.
Substitute 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces, for the shrimp. Once dressing is added, cook 5 to 6 min. or until chicken is done.
