1/2 cup canned crushed tomatoes
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup MIRACLE WHIP Light Dressing
1 Tbsp. oil
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. minced gingerroot
7 oz. paneer cheese, cut into 1/2-inch chunks
1 tsp. dried fenugreek leaves
1/2 tsp. garam masala
1/2 tsp. ground coriander
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/4 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)
2 Tbsp. lemon juice

Mix first 3 ingredients until blended; set aside.

Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add onions, garlic and ginger; cook and stir 2 min. or until onions are crisp-tender. Add paneer and seasonings; cook and stir 2 min. or until paneer is lightly browned.

Add tomato mixture; cook on medium heat 5 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Stir in lemon juice.
