What You Need
Original recipe yields 8 servings
2 Tbsp. LEA & PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce
3/4 cup CLASSICO Traditional Pizza Sauce, divided
1 jar (12 oz.) roasted red pepper s, well drained, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 lb. extra-lean 99% fat-free ground turkey breast
36 RITZ Reduced Fat Crackers, crushed
1 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Italian* Three Cheese Blend, divided
1/4 cup KRAFT Shredded Parmesan, Romano, and Asiago Cheeses

Let's Make It
Heat oven to 375ºF.
Whisk egg, Worcestershire sauce and 1/2 cup pizza sauce in large bowl until blended. Stir in peppers and garlic. Add turkey, cracker crumbs and 3/4 cup three cheese blend; mix just until blended.
Shape into 8 (1-inch-thick) patties; place on rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Top with remaining pizza sauce.
Bake 35 min. or until done (165ºF), topping with remaining cheeses for the last 5 min.
Substitute HEINZ Tomato Ketchup for the pizza sauce.
Shape turkey mixture into patties as directed. Wrap individually in plastic wrap; place in freezer-weight resealable plastic bag. Seal bag. Freeze up to 3 months. When ready to use, heat oven to 375ºF. Unwrap frozen patties; place on rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Top with remaining pizza sauce and remaining cheeses. Bake 40 to 45 min. or until done (165ºF).
