Cut the chill on a cool day with some tasty Turkey-Bean Chili. This Turkey-Bean Chili uses turkey cutlets and a few other ingredients for a flavorful chili.
What You Need
Original recipe yields 12 servings
2 Tbsp. oil
1 lb. turkey cutlet s, cut into bite-size pieces
1-1/2 cups chopped onion s
1/2 cup chopped green pepper s
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cans (28 oz. each) diced tomatoes with garlic and onion, undrained
2 cans (15.5 oz. each) black beans, rinsed
1-1/2 cups fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
2 Tbsp. chili powder
2 Tbsp. HEINZ Red Wine Vinegar
1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar & Monterey Jack Cheeses

Let's Make It
Heat oil in large saucepan on medium heat. Add turkey, onions, peppers and garlic; mix well. Cook 5 min., stirring occasionally.
Add all remaining ingredients except cheese; mix well. Bring to boil, stirring occasionally; cover.
Simmer on medium-low heat 20 min. or until turkey is done and chili is heated through, stirring occasionally.
Serve topped with cheese.
Prepare using boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs.
