What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
1-1/4 cups milk
2/3 cup quick-cooking oats
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2/3 cup flour
1-1/2 tsp. CALUMET Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 egg s
1 Tbsp. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup chopped PLANTERS Pecan Lovers Mix

Microwave milk in medium microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1-1/2 to 2 min. or until bubbling; stir in oats and sugar. Let stand 10 min.
Meanwhile, mix flour, baking powder and cinnamon in small bowl.
Beat eggs, oil and vanilla in separate small bowl with whisk until blended. Add to oat mixture; mix well. Stir in flour mixture and nuts.
Ladle batter onto hot griddle or into hot skillet sprayed with cooking spray, using 1/2 cup batter for each pancake. Cook until bubble form on tops, then turn over to brown other sides.
Serve with your favorite cut-up fresh fruit, jam or maple-flavored or pancake syrup.
Substitute blueberries, chopped bananas or dried cranberries for the pecan lovers mix.
Prepare as directed, using 1 packet flavored instant oatmeal for the quick-cooking oats and brown sugar.
