Mix broth, dressing and soy sauce until blended; pour into slow cooker. Stir. Cover with lid.
Cook on LOW 5 to 5-1/2 hours (or on HIGH 3 to 3-1/2 hours).
Sprinkle with sesame seed.
Serve over hot cooked rice.
Stir in 3 chopped green onions before sprinkling with sesame seed. Serve garnished with chopped fresh cilantro.
