What You Need
Original recipe yields 8 servings
3 lb. mixed bone-in skinless drumsticks and thighs
1 onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. minced gingerroot
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (19 oz.) chickpeas (garbanzo beans), rinsed
3/4 cup fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
1/3 cup KRAFT Sweet Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
2 tsp. each ground cinnamon, ground coriander, ground cumin and ground turmeric
1/2 lemon, cut into 8 wedges
1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Place chicken in slow cooker sprayed with cooking spray; top with onions, ginger and garlic.
Combine all remaining ingredients except cilantro. Add to slow cooker; stir. Cover with lid.
Cook on LOW 5 to 7 hours (or on HIGH 3 to 4 hours).
Sprinkle with cilantro just before serving.
Serve with hot cooked couscous or basmati rice, steamed fresh green beans, and a mixed green salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Lite Dressing.
Stir 1/2 cup chopped dried apricots into ingredients in slow cooker before cooking as directed. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup toasted PLANTERS Slivered Almonds just before serving.
