Original recipe yields 6 servings
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Italian Vinaigrette Dressing made with Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1-1/2 lb. beef flank steak, cut into bite-size pieces
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
1 large onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. HEINZ Red Wine Vinegar
1/4 cup tomato paste
2 Tbsp. paprika
1 lb. mixed small red and white new potatoes, cut in half
1 can (14.5 oz.) fire-roasted diced tomatoes, drained
1 can (14.5 oz.) fat-free reduced-sodium beef broth
1 Tbsp. LEA & PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce
6 Tbsp. BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream, divided

Heat dressing in Dutch oven or large deep skillet on medium heat. Sprinkle meat with pepper. Add to pan; cook 8 to 10 min. or until meat is evenly browned, stirring occasionally. Remove meat from pan; cover to keep warm.

Add onions, garlic and vinegar to pan; cook 5 min. or until onions are tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in tomato paste and paprika; cook and stir 1 min. Add potatoes, tomatoes, broth and Worcestershire sauce; mix well. Bring to boil; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 30 min. or until potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally. Return meat to pan; cook 5 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.

Serve topped with sour cream.
