1-1/2 lb. boneless beef chuck roast, cut into 1-inch pieces
1/4 tsp. black pepper
2 large onion s, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 Tbsp. Hungarian paprika
1 can (14.5 oz.) petite diced tomatoes, undrained
1 cup fat-free reduced-sodium beef broth
1 can (6 oz.) tomato paste
2 Tbsp. LEA & PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce

Heat oil in Dutch oven or large deep skillet on medium-high heat. Sprinkle meat with pepper. Add to pan; cook 10 min. or until evenly browned on all sides, stirring occasionally. Add onions; cook on medium heat 5 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring occasionally. Add garlic and paprika; cook and stir 1 min.

Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to boil; cover.

Simmer on medium-low heat 1 hour 15 min. or until meat is tender, stirring occasionally.

Special Extra
Stir in 1/2 tsp. caraway seed along with the paprika.
Note
Stir in an additional 1/2 cup beef broth or water for the last 15 min. of cooking time to thin sauce slightly, if desired.
