Original recipe yields 16 servings
1 tsp. KNOX Unflavored Gelatine
1 Tbsp. water
1 cup whipping cream
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Let's Make It
Sprinkle gelatine over water in small microwaveable cup; let stand 5 min. Microwave on HIGH 20 to 30 sec. or until gelatine is dissolved, stirring every 5 sec. Cool slightly.
Beat cream, sugar and vanilla in bowl with mixer on high speed until soft peaks form. Stir in gelatine; beat just until stiff peaks form.
For best results, use well-chilled bowl, beaters and whipping cream when beating the whipping cream.
Substitute your favorite extract flavor, such as raspberry, orange, lemon or root beer for the vanilla.
Add 1 tsp. MAXWELL HOUSE Instant Coffee to the dissolved gelatine before adding to whipping cream.
Prepared frosting can be stored, covered, in refrigerator 1 hour.
Recipe makes enough to frost top of 1 (8-or 9-inch) cake layer or 16 cupcakes.
