2 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
1 cup plus 1 tsp. flour, divided
1 Tbsp. half-and-half
1/4 tsp. vanilla
2 oz. PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 cup plus 1 Tbsp. milk, divided
1/4 tsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. CALUMET Baking Powder
2 Tbsp. granulated sugar
1 egg
2 Tbsp. oil

Melt butter in small saucepan on medium-low heat. Add brown sugar and cinnamon; cook and stir 1 min. or until blended. Add 1 tsp. flour; mix well. Cook 1 min. or until bubbly, stirring constantly. Stir in half-and-half. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla. Keep warm.

Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, 1 Tbsp. milk and lemon juice in small bowl until blended.

Mix remaining flour, baking powder and granulated sugar in medium bowl. Beat egg, remaining milk and oil with whisk until blended. Add to flour mixture; mix well.

Heat large nonstick griddle or skillet sprayed with cooking spray. Pour batter onto griddle, using 2 Tbsp. batter for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on tops, then turn over to brown other sides.

Drizzle some of the cinnamon sauce on top of 4 pancakes; top with remaining pancakes. Drizzle with remaining cinnamon sauce and cream cheese glaze.
