1/3 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
1/4 cup milk
1-3/4 cups (1/2 of 28-oz. pkg.) ORE-IDA Potatoes O’Brien, thawed
1 cup diagonally sliced fresh asparagus spears
1/2 cup chopped red pepper s
4 green onion s, chopped
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Heat oven to 425ºF.
Whisk eggs, dressing and milk until blended.
Spray medium ovenproof skillet with cooking spray. Add potatoes and remaining vegetables; mix well. Cook on medium-high heat 3 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently.
Add egg mixture; mix well. Cook on low heat (without stirring) 4 min. or until edge of frittata is set. Place in oven.
Bake 20 min. or until knife inserted in center comes out clean, topping with cheese after 15 min.

Buy only refrigerated eggs with clean unbroken shells. Open carton and gently move each egg to make sure it is not stuck to the carton because of an unseen crack. Check the Sell-By Date on the carton. Store eggs in their original carton on an inside shelf of the refrigerator as soon as possible after purchasing. Avoid placing near foods with strong odors that can easily be absorbed. For best quality, use within 4 weeks.
