1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, cut into small pieces
1/2 cup cold butter, cut into small pieces
2 cups flour
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese

Use pastry blender or 2 knives to cut cream cheese and butter into flour in large bowl until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in cheddar cheese.

Shape dough into ball; divide in half. Flatten each into disk. Wrap individually in plastic wrap.
