1/3 cup flour
1/8 tsp. baking soda
1 oz. BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate
1 Tbsp. plus 1-1/2 tsp. butter
3 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla
3 Tbsp. water
1 egg yolk

Combine flour and baking soda. Microwave chocolate and butter in small microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min. or until butter is melted; stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended. Stir in sugar and vanilla. Add water and egg yolk; whisk until blended. Add flour mixture; whisk until blended.
Spoon mixture into 2 small (8 oz.) coffee mugs.
Microwave, 1 at a time, on HIGH 1 min. 10 sec. or until cake is risen and springs back when touched lightly.
Enjoy these quick desserts straight from the mugs garnished with a dusting of powdered sugar. Or, serve topped with a dollop of thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping.
Microwave wattage will affect microwave cooking time. This recipe was tested in 1100W microwave. If your microwave is lower wattage, increase microwave time by 10 sec. increments until done. If your microwave is higher wattage, decrease microwave time by 10 sec. increments until done.
Do not fill coffee mugs more than half full to allow room for cake to rise without overflowing. If you don't have small coffee mugs, use 8 oz. canning jars, 8 oz. microwavable glasses or custard cups.
