1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
1 Tbsp. oil
1 large onion, cut into thin wedges
1 green pepper, cut into strips
3/4 lb. uncooked deveined peeled medium shrimp
1/4 tsp. black pepper
8 flour tortillas (6 inch)
1/2 cup TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Salsa
1 avocado, cut into 16 wedges

Mix sour cream, cilantro and lime juice. Refrigerate until ready to use.

Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add onions and green peppers; cook 4 to 5 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.

Meanwhile, sprinkle shrimp with black pepper. Add shrimp to skillet; cook and stir 2 to 3 min. or until shrimp turn pink.

Spoon shrimp mixture evenly onto tortillas. Top with sour cream mixture, salsa and avocados; roll up.

Variation
Prepare sour cream mixture as directed. Substitute 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts or sirloin steak, cut into strips, for the shrimp. Add to heated oil in skillet with onions and peppers; Cook and stir 5 to 7 min. or until chicken or meat is done. Continue as directed.
