Original recipe yields 12 servings
1 ready-to-use refrigerated pie crust (1/2 of 14.1-oz. pkg.)
2 egg s
2/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup butter, melted, cooled
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chunks
1 cup chopped PLANTERS Pecans
1-1/2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping

Heat oven to 325°F.
Prepare crust in 9-inch pie plate as directed on package for one-crust filled pie.
Beat eggs in large bowl with mixer until thick and lemon colored. Add brown sugar, flour, granulated sugar, baking soda and salt; beat on low speed until blended. Add butter and vanilla; beat until blended. Stir in chocolate chunks and nuts. Pour into crust.
Bake 55 min. to 1 hour or until knife inserted 2 inches from center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack. Serve warm topped with COOL WHIP.
A serving of this sweet treat goes a long way on chocolate flavor.
Substitute 6 oz. BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, chopped, for the chocolate chunks.
Omit pie crust. Prepare filling as directed; pour into 9-inch pie plate sprayed with cooking spray. Continue as directed.
