1 cup long-grain white rice, uncooked
1/2 cup chopped onion s
2 cups fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
3 Tbsp. KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Heat oil in large saucepan on medium-high heat. Add rice and onions; cook and stir 3 min.

Stir in broth; bring to boil. Cover; simmer on low heat 20 min. or until broth is absorbed.

Blend dressing, cilantro and parsley in blender until smooth. Add to rice mixture; mix lightly.

Note
When adding dressing mixture to cooked rice, use a fork to gently mix ingredients. This will help prevent the rice from clumping together.
