1 lb. lean ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)
1/4 tsp. ground cumin
2 cups ORE-IDA Diced Hash Brown Potatoes, thawed
2 cans (14.5 oz. each) fat-free reduced-sodium beef broth
1 can (10 oz.) petite diced tomatoes with jalapeños, undrained
1 can (6 oz.) tomato paste
1/4 cup HEINZ Tomato Ketchup
2 Tbsp. HEINZ Yellow Mustard
1/4 cup CLAUSSEN Sweet Pickle Relish

Brown meat with onions, celery and garlic in large saucepan on medium heat; drain.

Add pepper and cumin; cook and stir 1 min. Stir in potatoes and broth. Bring to boil on medium-high heat, stirring occasionally. Simmer on medium-low heat 15 min., stirring occasionally.

Stir in diced tomatoes, tomato paste, ketchup and mustard. Cook 3 to 4 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently. Stir in relish.
