Original recipe yields 8 servings
1/2 cup KRAFT Light Mayo Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
1/4 cup KRAFT Sweet'N Sour Sauce
2 Tbsp. Sriracha sauce (hot chili sauce)
1 pkt. SHAKE 'N BAKE Hot & Spicy Seasoned Coating Mix
16 uncooked large shrimp (1 lb.), peeled with tails left on, deveined
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro

Heat oven to 425ºF.

Mix first 3 ingredients in medium bowl until blended. Reserve half the mayo mixture to serve with cooked shrimp.

Spray baking sheet with cooking spray. Empty coating mix into shallow dish. Add shrimp to remaining mayo mixture; toss until evenly coated. Dip, 1 at a time, in coating mix, turning to evenly coat both sides of each shrimp. Place on prepared baking sheet.

Bake 7 min. or until shrimp are tender.

Place shrimp on platter; drizzle with reserved mayo mixture. Sprinkle with cilantro.

Variation
Prepare recipe as directed, reducing Sriracha sauce to 1 Tbsp. and substituting Thai sweet chili sauce for the sweet-and-sour sauce.
