3 Tbsp. KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
1 medium shallot, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2/3 cup dry white wine
2/3 cup fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 cups butter, cut into 2-Tbsp. pieces
2 Tbsp. HEINZ Yellow Mustard
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/4 tsp. pepper

Heat dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add shallots; cook and stir 3 min. or until crisp-tender. Stir in garlic, wine and lemon juice; cook 3 to 5 min. or until mixture is reduced to about 1/2 cup.

Add butter, 2 Tbsp. butter at a time, whisking on low heat after each addition until butter is completely melted and mixture is well blended. Remove from heat.
