What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
8-1/2 cups water, divided
4 oz. rice stick noodles
2 Tbsp. MR. YOSHIDA'S Original Gourmet Sauce
2 tsp. lite soy sauce
1 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. Sriracha sauce (hot chili sauce)
2 Tbsp. oil, divided
1/4 lb. boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1/4-inch-thick strips
4 oz. OSCAR MAYER Natural Applewood Smoked Ham, cut into 1/4-inch-thick strips
1 cup shredded napa cabbage
1 green pepper, cut into thin strips
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. minced gingerroot
4 green onions, cut diagonally into 1-1/4-inch lengths
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro

Let's Make It
Bring 2 qt. (8 cups) water to boil in large saucepan on medium-high heat. Add noodles; return to boil. Cook 1 to 2 min. or just until tender. Place in colander; rinse with cold water. Let stand (in colander) 30 to 40 min. or until dry and firm, stirring occasionally.
Mix gourmet sauce, soy sauce, curry powder, Sriracha sauce and remaining water until blended; reserve for later use. Heat 1 Tbsp. oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 3 min. Add ham; cook and stir 1 min. Add cabbage, peppers, garlic, ginger and remaining oil; mix well. Cook and stir 1 min.
Add reserved gourmet sauce mixture and noodles; cook on low heat 1 to 2 min. or until liquid is absorbed, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Stir in onions and cilantro.
The cooked noodles can stand in the colander up to 3 hours before using as directed.
