Heat grill pan over high heat. Sprinkle eggplant with pepper. 1 jar (24 oz.) OLIVO by CLASSICO Traditional Pasta Sauce, divided
1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese
1/4 cup dry Italian-style bread crumbs
1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 Tbsp. pine nuts
