Original recipe yields 16 servings
1 cup butter, softened
1 green onion, finely chopped
4-1/2 tsp. LEA & PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce

Mix ingredients until blended.
Shape into log on sheet of plastic wrap; wrap tightly in plastic wrap.
Refrigerate 1 hour.
Prepare using LEA & PERRINS Reduced Sodium Worcestershire Sauce.
For longer storage, this delicious compound butter can be frozen up to 3 months before using as desired.
Serve over grilled steak, potatoes or veggies.
Prepare using your favorite combination of dried herbs and/or seasonings. Or, substitute LEA & PERRINS Marinade for Chicken for the Worcestershire sauce.
Omit green onions. Mix butter and Worcestershire sauce until blended. Add a splash of fresh orange juice, then season with orange zest and finely chopped fresh rosemary to taste.
