What You Need
Original recipe yields 6 servings
1/4 cup LEA & PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce
2 Tbsp. honey
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. minced gingerroot
1/4 tsp. chopped fresh cilantro
1 cup fresh pineapple chunks (1 inch)
3/4 cup each cantaloupe and honeydew melon chunks (1 inch)

Heat grill to medium heat.
Mix all ingredients except fruit chunks until blended.
Combine fruit in medium bowl. Reserve 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce mixture. Pour remaining Worcestershire sauce mixture over fruit; mix lightly. Thread fruit chunks alternately onto 6 skewers.
Grill 10 to 12 min. or until fruit is tender and lightly browned, turning and brushing occasionally with reserved Worcestershire sauce mixture.
Serve with your favorite grilled meat.
Substitute star fruit slices for the pineapple chunks.
If using wooden skewers, soak skewers in water for 30 min. before using to assemble kabobs to prevent them from burning on the grill.
