What You Need
Original recipe yields 8 servings
2 lb. lean ground beef
1 cup dry bread crumbs
1/2 cup finely chopped onion s
1 egg, beaten
1/4 cup LEA & PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce, divided
8 lettuce leaves
4 tomato es, each cut into 4 slices
8 bakery-style hamburger bun s, toasted
16 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked
1 avocado, cut into 16 slices

Let's Make It
Heat grill to medium heat.
Mix first 4 ingredients and 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce just until blended; shape into 8 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.
Grill 5 to 6 min. on each side or until done (160ºF), brushing with remaining Worcestershire sauce for the last 2 min.
Place lettuce and tomatoes on bottom halves of buns; top with burgers, bacon and avocados. Cover with tops of buns.
Serve with a smart side of an avocado and onion salad to round out the meal.
