Create a delicious Bourbon Sauce that's the perfect tasting topping for any dessert. Made with tasty caramels, vanilla, butter, sugar, whipping cream and, of course, bourbon, this Bourbon Sauce makes any dessert tastier.

1 Tbsp. water, divided
1 tsp. cornstarch
2 cups whipping cream
1/3 cup bourbon
1/4 cup sugar
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
6 KRAFT Caramels

Add 2 tsp. water to cornstarch in small bowl; stir until dissolved.

Cook cream, bourbon and sugar in medium saucepan on medium heat 15 min., stirring frequently. Add butter and vanilla; cook and stir 1 min. or until butter is completely melted and sauce is well blended.

Stir in cornstarch. Bring just to boil, stirring constantly; pour into serving bowl.

Microwave caramels and remaining water in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 to 1-1/2 min. or until caramels are completely melted, stirring every 30 sec. Drizzle over bourbon sauce.
