Original recipe yields 10 servings
2 pkg. (3.9 oz. each) JELL-O Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding
2 cups cold milk
1 OREO Pie Crust (6 oz.)
3/4 cup JET-PUFFED PeppermintMallows Mini Marshmallow s, divided
1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP FLAVORS Peppermint Whipped Topping, thawed
1 oz. BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate

Beat pudding mixes and milk in large bowl with whisk 2 min. (Pudding will be thick.)

Spread 1-1/2 cups pudding onto bottom of crust; top with 1/2 cup marshmallows. Stir 1-1/2 cups COOL WHIP into remaining pudding; spread over pie.

Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm. Meanwhile, make chocolate curls from semi-sweet chocolate. (See tip.)

Top pie with remaining COOL WHIP, remaining marshmallows and chocolate curls before serving.

How to Make Chocolate Curls
Warm chocolate slightly by heating it in the microwave for a few seconds until you can just smudge the chocolate with your thumb. Hold the chocolate steadily between your thumb and fingers of one hand and draw a vegetable peeler slowly over flat bottom of chocolate piece. Allow a thin layer of chocolate to curl as it is peeled off the bottom. This will make long delicate curls. To make short curls, use the same technique on the narrow sides of the chocolate piece. To arrange curls on a dessert, use a toothpick to lift them into place.
