Original recipe yields 4 servings
2 cups CLASSICO Marinara with Plum Tomatoes & Olive Oil Pasta Sauce
1/2 cup water
1 egg, beaten
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
1 cup POLLY-O Original Ricotta Cheese
1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
6 lasagna noodles, uncooked
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Italian* Five Cheese Blend

Heat oven to 350°F.

Mix pasta sauce and water until blended. Combine egg, spinach, ricotta and Parmesan in separate bowl. Break 9-inch piece off each noodle. Reserve all noodle pieces for lasagna assembly.

Spread 1/2 cup pasta sauce mixture onto bottom of 9x5-inch loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray; cover with layers of 2 long noodle pieces, 1/3 of the spinach mixture and 1/4 cup shredded cheese. Repeat layers twice. Top with layers of the remaining (small) noodle pieces, pasta sauce mixture and shredded cheese.

Bake 45 to 50 min. or until heated through. Let stand 5 to 10 min. before cutting to serve.

Variation
Don't have a loaf pan? Instead layer ingredients in 3 layers in 8-inch square pan. For easy cleanup, line empty pan with foil for using as directed.

Note
Although this recipe makes 4 servings, it's the perfect size for a "dinner for two" with 2 planned servings of leftovers. Cool the leftover lasagna, then refrigerate up to 2 days. Lasagna can also be wrapped in plastic wrap, then foil and frozen up to 2 months. If frozen, thaw overnight in refrigerator. To reheat, bake in 350°F oven 20 min. or until heated through, topping with additional pasta sauce before baking if desired.
