What You Need
Original recipe yields 15 servings
1-1/4 cups flour
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup mashed fully ripe banana s (about 3)
1/2 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
3/4 cup JET-PUFFED Marshmallow Creme

Heat oven to 350ºF.
Combine flour, sugar, baking soda and salt. Mix egg, peanut butter, bananas and dressing in large bowl until blended. Add flour mixture; stir just until moistened.
Pour half the batter into 9x5-inch loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray; top evenly with marshmallow creme. Cover with remaining batter.
Bake 45 to 55 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 min. Remove from pan to wire rack; cool completely.
How to Measure the Marshmallow Creme
Spray inside of measuring cup with cooking spray before using to measure the marshmallow creme. The marshmallow creme will then slide right out.
