Prepare Dinner in large saucepan as directed on package. Meanwhile, cook vegetables in medium nonstick ovenproof skillet on medium heat 3 to 5 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
Heat oven to 350°F. Add ham and cooked vegetables to prepared Dinner; mix well. Spread into even layer on bottom of skillet. Use back of spoon to make 4 evenly spaced wells in Dinner mixture. Slip 1 cracked egg into each well; cover.
Bake 17 to 20 min. or until egg whites are firm and yolks are cooked to desired doneness.
Substitute chopped red peppers for the green peppers.
