Prepare Dinner as directed on package.
Meanwhile, rub chili powder evenly into both sides of steak; cut crosswise into strips, each about 3 inches wide. Cook in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat 4 to 5 min. on each side or until medium doneness (160ºF). Remove meat from skillet; cover to keep warm.
Add onions and chiles to skillet; cook 2 to 3 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
Cut meat across the grain into thin slices; place in large bowl. Add onion mixture; mix lightly. Serve over prepared Dinner.
Substitute a small green pepper for the poblano chile.
