5 cups small cauliflower florets (about 1 head)
1/2 cup KRAFT Italian Vinaigrette Dressing made with Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Use pulsing action of food processor to process half the cauliflower until it resembles the texture of rice; spoon into large bowl. Repeat with remaining cauliflower.
Heat dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add cauliflower; cook 5 to 7 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.
Stir in cheese and parsley.
