Heat oven to 375ºF.
Cover baking sheet with parchment. Pour dressing into pie plate, then empty coating mix into shaker bag.
Dip fish, 1 fillet at a time, into dressing, then add to shaker bag; shake to evenly coat fish with coating mix. Place on prepared baking sheet. Discard any remaining coating mix.
Bake 12 to 15 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork.
Serve with tartar sauce and lemon wedges.
How to Determine When Fish is Cooked
Fish is done when it looks opaque and flakes easily with a fork. Undercooked fish looks translucent, while overcooked fish looks dry and falls apart.
