2 cups finely crushed pretzels
1/2 cup sugar, divided
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 cup margarine, melted
2 cups boiling water
2 pkg. (3 oz. each) JELL-O Pineapple Flavor Gelatin
1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
1-1/2 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese (12 oz.), softened
2 Tbsp. milk
1 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping

Heat oven to 350°F.

Mix pretzel crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, ginger and margarine; press onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan. Bake 10 min. Cool.

Meanwhile, add boiling water to gelatin mixes in large bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Add enough cold water to juice to measure 1-1/2 cups. Stir into gelatin. Refrigerate 45 to 55 min. or until thickened. Stir in crushed pineapple.

Beat Neufchatel, remaining sugar and milk in large bowl with mixer until blended. Gently stir in COOL WHIP. Spread over crust; cover with gelatin mixture.

Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
