1 clove garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. flour
1-1/2 cups milk
4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, cubed
1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 dash ground white pepper

Melt butter in medium saucepan on low heat. Add garlic; cook and stir 30 sec. or until fragrant but not browned. Add flour; mix well. Cook 2 min. or until bubbly, stirring constantly. Gradually stir in milk. Bring to boil on medium heat, stirring constantly; cook 2 min. or until thickened.

Add cream cheese, Parmesan and pepper; cook and stir 1 to 2 min. or until cream cheese is completely melted and sauce is well blended.
