Original recipe yields 24 servings
2-1/2 cups flour
1/3 cup granulated sugar
2 tsp. CALUMET Baking Powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 egg
2/3 cup milk
2/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/3 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
1 cup mashed fully ripe banana s (about 3)
3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
3 Tbsp. oil
1 tsp. vanilla

Heat oven to 350°F.

Combine first 4 ingredients in large bowl. Whisk egg, milk, brown sugar and sour cream in medium bowl until blended. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Add to flour mixture; stir just until moistened.

Pour into 2 greased and floured 8x4-inch loaf pans.

Bake 50 to 55 min. or until toothpick inserted in centers comes out clean. Cool 10 min. Remove from pan to wire rack; cool completely.

How to Grease and Flour a Baking Pan
Spread shortening onto bottom and up sides of baking pan with a paper towel or piece of waxed paper until lightly coated. Then, sprinkle bottom of pan with small amount of flour. Tap pan with your hand while rotating pan until bottom and sides of pan are evenly coated with flour. Holding pan upside down, tap out any excess flour.
Make Ahead
Prepare bread as directed. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and foil. Freeze for up to 4 months. Thaw overnight in refrigerator or for 4 hours at room temperature.
Note
For easier slicing, wrap bread and store overnight before cutting into slices the next day.
