1 small Asian pear, peeled, chopped
2 cloves garlic
1 Tbsp. minced gingerroot
2 Tbsp. MR. YOSHIDA'S Cracked Pepper & Garlic Sauce
2 Tbsp. LEA & PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce
2 tsp. crushed red pepper
1 Tbsp. honey
3 Tbsp. sesame oil, divided
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
1 lb. beef skirt steak, cut into thin strips
1/2 tsp. sesame seed, toasted

Process first 6 ingredients in food processor until smooth. Spoon mixture into large shallow dish. Add honey, 1 Tbsp. oil and black pepper; mix well. Add meat; stirring to evenly coat with pear mixture. Refrigerate 30 min. to marinate.

Heat remaining oil in large skillet on high heat. Remove meat from marinade; discard marinade. Add meat to skillet, in batches; cook 1 to 2 min. or until desired doneness, stirring frequently. Remove from heat; cover to keep warm.

Sprinkle with sesame seed before serving.

Place grill pan on grill grate; heat grill to high heat. Place meat on grill pan; cook 4 min. or until desired doneness, stirring occasionally.

How to Toast Sesame Seed
Toast sesame seed in ungreased skillet on medium heat 3 to 5 min. or until lightly browned, shaking the skillet frequently. Remove from heat. Or, spread sesame seed in a shallow baking pan. Bake at 325°F for 10 min. or until golden brown and fragrant.
