Follow our fun and flavorful recipe for Apple Chips! Simply sprinkle apple slices with cinnamon and bake until apples are dried for an Apple Chips treat.

Heat oven to 200°F.

Cut apples into very thin; place in large bowl. Spray with cooking spray. Sprinkle with cinnamon; toss until evenly coated.

Spread into single layer on parchment-covered baking sheets.

Bake 2 to 3 hours or until apples are dried and edges are curled. Cool completely.
Kitchen Tips
Variation
Omit cinnamon. Do not spray apple slices with cooking spray. Toss apples with combined 1 Tbsp. each lemon juice and water; pat dry. Bake as directed. If you like sweeter apple chips, mix 1 Tbsp. sugar with the lemon juice and water before tossing with the apple slices.
How to Store
Store in airtight container at room temperature.
Note
Use a mandolin or sharp knife to cut the apples into thin slices as directed.
