2-3/4 cups flour
1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
2 tsp. onion powder
2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
1 qt. (4 cups) oil
1 Tbsp. CALUMET Baking Powder
1-1/4 cups water
1 Tbsp. HEINZ Distilled White Vinegar
1 lb. fresh green beans, trimmed

Let's Make It
Combine first 6 ingredients in shallow dish. Heat oil in heavy 3-qt. saucepan or deep fryer on medium heat to 350°F.
Meanwhile, whisk eggs and baking powder in pie plate or shallow dish until blended. Stir in water and vinegar. Dip beans, in batches, into egg mixture, then flour mixture, turning to evenly coat beans with each mixture. Repeat dipping in egg, then flour mixture a second time.
Add to hot oil, in batches; cook 3 to 4 min. or until golden brown. Remove beans from oil with slotted spoon; drain on paper towel-covered baking sheet.
Serve with your favorite variety of KRAFT Ranch Dressing.
Sprinkle lightly with paprika before serving.
