Add water to combined sugar and drink mix in bowl; stir until mix is dissolved. Add mint; crush with back of spoon. Let stand 30 min.
Strain drink into blender; discard mint. Add mascarpone to blender; blend until smooth.
Pour into 16 (3-oz.) paper cups. Freeze 45 min. or until slushy.
Toss strawberries with balsamic glaze; spoon over KOOL-AID in cups. Insert wooden pop stick into center of each.
Freeze several hours or until firm. Peel off paper cups before serving.

Look for the balsamic vinegar glaze next to the other vinegar products in your supermarket. If you can't find the balsamic glaze, you can use regular balsamic vinegar instead.
