5 cups small cauliflower florets (about 1 head)
1/2 cup KRAFT Zesty Lime Vinaigrette Dressing
1-1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/3 cup PLANTERS Sliced Almonds, toasted
1/3 cup golden raisins
1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
2 green onion s, sliced

Use pulsing action of food processor to process half the cauliflower until it resembles the texture of rice; spoon into large bowl. Repeat with remaining cauliflower.
Heat dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add cauliflower and curry powder; stir. Cook 5 to 7 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
