Spray 6 (4-oz.) ramekins with cooking spray, taking care to evenly coat inside and top of rim of each ramekin with cooking spray.
Tear 1 provolone cheese slice in half; place in 1 ramekin, overlapping edges of cheese pieces as necessary to completely cover bottom of ramekin. Tear 2 mozzarella slices in half; place over provolone cheese, overlapping edges as necessary to form even layer. Top with 3 pepperoni slices and 2 Tbsp. pizza sauce. Repeat with remaining ramekins.
Cut pizza dough into 6 pieces; roll each into 6-inch round on lightly floured surface. Press 1 round over top of each filled ramekin; press gently onto rim of ramekin to seal. Place on baking sheet.
Bake 25 to 30 min. or until golden brown.
Use oven mitt and sturdy spatula to gently invert 1 ramekin onto each plate; remove ramekin. If necessary, run knife around edge of ramekin to loosen pizza bowl from ramekin before unmolding. Repeat with remaining ramekins.
