What You Need
Original recipe yields 12 servings
1 pkg. (4 oz.) BAKER'S Bittersweet Chocolate
2 pkg. (4 oz. each) BAKER'S White Chocolate, divided
1/4 cup whipping cream
1 Tbsp. butter, softened
1/4 cup chopped PLANTERS Chili Lime Peanuts

Let's Make It
Chop bittersweet chocolate and 2 oz. white chocolate. Bring cream to boil in medium saucepan on medium heat, stirring frequently; remove from heat.
Add chopped chocolates and butter; stir until chocolates and butter are completely melted and mixture is well blended. Stir in nuts. Pour into freezer container.
Freeze 2 hours or until chocolate mixture is firm enough to handle.
Use teaspoon to scoop chocolate mixture into 24 balls, each about 1 inch in diameter; place on waxed paper-covered rimmed baking sheet. Freeze 20 min.
Chop remaining white chocolate; place in microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 1 min. or until chocolate is mostly melted; stir until completely melted.
Dip balls, 1 at a time, into melted chocolate, turning to completely coat each ball with melted chocolate. Return to baking sheet. Drizzle with any remaining chocolate. Refrigerate 30 min. or until firm.
These sweet treats have built-in portion control and can be enjoyed on occasion.
Add 2 Tbsp. orange-flavored liqueur to the warm cream with the chopped chocolate and butter.
