What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
1 cup pancake mix
2/3 cup milk
1/4 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
1 Tbsp. oil

Let's Make It
Spray electric waffle iron with cooking spray. Heat iron to medium heat.
Meanwhile, place pancake mix in large bowl. Whisk remaining ingredients until blended. Add to pancake mix; stir just until blended. (Do not overmix.)
Pour amount of batter directed by manufacturer onto grids of waffle iron. Close lid quickly. (Do not open until waffle is done.) Cook according to manufacturer's directions. When done, lift waffle off grid with fork. Repeat with remaining batter.
Serve with maple-flavored or pancake syrup.
This recipe can easily be doubled.
How to Keep the Waffles Warm
Heat oven to 200ºF. Place prepared waffles in single layer directly on oven rack to keep them warm and crispy while cooking the remaining waffles.
