What You Need
Original recipe yields 6 servings
3 Tbsp. KRAFT Italian Vinaigrette Dressing made with Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 large sweet onion, cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 each large orange, red and yellow bell pepper s, cut into 1/2-inch-thick strips
1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper

Heat dressing in large skillet on medium heat. Add onions and garlic; cook and stir 2 min.
Add bell peppers; cook 3 min., stirring constantly. Cover; simmer on medium-low heat 15 to 20 min. or until peppers are tender, stirring occasionally.
Stir in seasonings; cook on medium heat 3 to 5 min. or until all liquid has cooked off and peppers are evenly glazed, stirring constantly.
Stir in 3 Tbsp. sliced black olives and 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil before serving.
