Let's Make It
Heat oven to 225ºF.
Spread nuts onto rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake 10 to 12 min. or until lightly toasted. Pour into food processor container.
Process 10 to 12 min. or until smooth and thickened, stopping occasionally to scrape down side of container.
Stir a little honey or sugar, and a dash of salt into the finished almond butter to suit your taste.
If almond butter starts to look oily, do not process any further.
In addition to adding flavor, the nuts are toasted before processing in the food processor to help reduce the length of the food processing time.
