What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
4 cups small cauliflower florets (about 1 small head)
2 egg s, beaten
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Shredded Parmesan Cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil leaves
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper

Heat oven to 425ºF.
Use pulsing action of food processor to process cauliflower, in batches, just until processed to rice-size pieces. (Do not over process.)
Place cauliflower in microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 7 to 8 min. or until tender; cool 5 min.
Combine remaining ingredients in large bowl. Add cauliflower; mix lightly. Spoon onto parchment-covered rimmed baking sheet; press into 11x7-inch rectangle with back of spoon, creating slight rim around edges.
Bake 25 min. or until lightly browned. Use parchment handles to transfer cauliflower bread to cutting board; let stand 5 min. before cutting to serve.
