1 pkg. (4 oz.) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate
3 Tbsp. chopped PLANTERS Pecans
5 KRAFT Caramels
1 tsp. water

Place 8 lollipop sticks, 2 inches apart, on parchment-covered baking sheet.
Melt chocolate as directed on package. Spoon about 1 Tbsp. chocolate over one end of each stick; spread with back of spoon to make circle. Top with nuts.
Microwave caramels and water in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 30 sec.; stir until caramels are completely melted. Drizzle over pops.
Refrigerate 30 min. or until firm.
Prepare using BAKER'S Bittersweet Chocolate.
